These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 98okr ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 98okr website located at https://98okr.cam and all associated services, content, features and functionality offered thereon.

98okr is an English-language online betting and live casino information platform designed for users in Pakistan and similar markets. The platform provides information on sports betting, cricket, PSL T20 markets, ICC tournaments, live dealer casino games, slots, table games, responsible gambling tools and related topics.

By accessing or using 98okr in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gambling Policy.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Platform" means the 98okr website accessible at https://98okr.cam, including all subdomains, pages and associated services.
• "User" / "Player" means any individual who accesses, browses or registers an account on the Platform.
• "Account" means a registered personal account created by a User on the Platform.
• "Services" means all features, content, tools, guides and functionality offered by 98okr, including sports betting information, casino guides, bonus analysis and responsible gambling resources.
• "Bonus" means any promotional offer extended to a User, including but not limited to welcome offers, reload bonuses, cashback promotions and free bet credits, subject to individual promotional terms.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the total value of qualifying bets a User must place before bonus-derived funds become eligible for withdrawal.

These Terms apply to all Users regardless of how they access the Platform — whether via desktop browser, mobile browser, progressive web application or any other means of access. Use of the Platform from mobile devices in cities including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan and Peshawar is governed by these same Terms.

To register and maintain an Account on 98okr, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 18 years of age — or the higher minimum age required by the operator or license jurisdiction applicable to your account. 98okr does not present 18 years of age as proof that gambling is lawful in Pakistan or any other jurisdiction.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined in these Terms.
• You are not a compulsive or problem gambler, and you have not been subject to any self-exclusion order on this or any other gambling platform.
• You are registering as an individual in your own name and not on behalf of any third party, business or group.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 98okr for breach of these Terms.
• All information provided during registration is accurate, current and complete. You agree to update your account information promptly if any detail changes.

Each User is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all associated funds and pending bonuses.

During registration, you will be required to provide personal information including but not limited to: full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, phone number and preferred currency. This information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. You must:

• Select a strong, unique password not used on other platforms.
• Enable any available two-factor authentication options.
• Never share your login credentials with any third party.
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices.
• Notify 98okr support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

98okr will never contact you by email, live chat or telephone to request your account password. Any communication purporting to do so should be treated as fraudulent and reported immediately.

In order to comply with applicable anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorist financing (CTF) requirements, 98okr operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is satisfactorily completed.

KYC verification may require submission of one or more of the following documents:

• Proof of Identity: Valid national identity card (CNIC), passport or driver's licence.
• Proof of Address: Utility bill, bank statement or official government document issued within the preceding 90 days, showing your name and residential address.
• Proof of Payment Method: Screenshot or statement confirming ownership of any deposit method used, including mobile wallet accounts such as Easypaisa or JazzCash, or bank accounts at institutions such as HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank or Bank Alfalah. Reference to these institutions is for verification-context purposes only and does not imply their endorsement of gambling.
• Source of Funds: Documentation demonstrating the legitimate origin of funds used for gambling activity, where required by applicable regulations or internal risk assessment.

All deposits made to a 98okr account must originate from a payment method registered in the User's own name. Deposits from third-party accounts, anonymous funding sources or joint accounts not solely registered to the User are not permitted.

Minimum deposit thresholds apply and vary by payment method. Illustrative examples suggest a minimum deposit of PKR 1,000 for standard account funding. Actual minimums are confirmed in the Platform's cashier section and are subject to change at the operator's discretion.

Payment method references on this platform — including Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah — are provided as familiar Pakistani payment context only. They do not represent confirmed deposit channels and must not be construed as implying those providers endorse, support or facilitate gambling transactions.

98okr reserves the right to reverse any deposit in the event of suspected fraud, AML flags or discrepancies in account verification status.

Withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification (see Section 6). Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever possible, in accordance with standard anti-money laundering practice.

Processing times for withdrawals are operator-dependent and are not guaranteed by 98okr. Indicative timeframes — which vary by method, verification status and operator review — are as follows:

• E-Wallet / Mobile Money: Hours to 1 business day (indicative, not guaranteed).
• Instant Payment Systems (e.g., Raast): Variable — depends on operator compliance checks and bank processing.
• Bank Transfer (e.g., HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah): 1 to 5 business days (indicative, not guaranteed).

Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply and are confirmed in the Platform's cashier section. Any winnings derived from bonus play that exceed the applicable maximum cash-out cap will be removed at the point of withdrawal.

From time to time, 98okr may present information about welcome offers, reload bonuses, cricket promotions, cashback deals and other incentive programmes. All bonus-related figures on this platform are illustrative examples only unless explicitly confirmed as live operator promotions.

By accepting any bonus, you agree to the following general conditions (actual terms may vary — always verify the operator's current T&C):

• Wagering Requirements: Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 20x means a PKR 5,000 bonus requires PKR 100,000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal).
• Maximum Bet Restriction: A maximum stake per bet applies while a bonus is active (commonly PKR 500 per bet as an example). Exceeding this limit may void the bonus.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; live dealer and table games may contribute 10% or less.

All bets placed on the Platform are subject to the operator's published betting rules. The following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of placement. In-play (live) odds are subject to real-time adjustment and may change between selection and confirmation.
• Once confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the User except where a cash-out feature is available and expressly offered.
• All cricket markets — including PSL T20 fixtures, ICC tournament matches, bilateral series and domestic competitions — are settled in accordance with the operator's official cricket settling rules.
• Football, UFC, esports and other markets are settled per the operator's sport-specific rules for each event category.
• In the event of an event abandonment, postponement or cancellation, settlement rules as published by the operator at the time of bet placement shall apply.
• Obvious pricing errors — where odds are clearly incorrect due to a data feed or human error — may be voided by the operator regardless of whether a bet has been confirmed. 98okr shall not be liable for losses arising from such void bets.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure and forfeiture of account balances:

• Registering more than one account individually or in collusion with others.
• Providing false, inaccurate or misleading information during registration or KYC.
• Using the Platform if you are under the applicable minimum age.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or any software to place bets, create accounts or interact with the Platform without human direction.
• Engaging in match-fixing, spot-fixing or any form of corruption relating to any sporting event on which bets are placed.
• Facilitating or participating in money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime through the Platform.
• Accessing or attempting to access the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy or any other method of circumvention.
• Colluding with other players or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Placing bets on behalf of a third party or operating a syndicate without the express written consent of 98okr management.

98okr is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. Gambling involves financial risk and can become addictive. The following principles underpin our responsible gambling obligations:

• Adults Only: The Platform is strictly for adults aged 18 and above — or the higher minimum required by the operator or license jurisdiction. Proof of age may be requested at any time.
• Gambling as Entertainment: Gambling must be treated solely as a form of entertainment. It must not be used as a mechanism to generate income, recover debts or resolve financial difficulties.
• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits in PKR to restrict the amount they can fund their account. Reductions to these limits take effect immediately.

All content on the 98okr Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations and software — is the property of 98okr or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not include:

• Resale or commercial use of the Platform or its content.
• Collection and use of any product listings, descriptions or prices.
• Any derivative use of the Platform or its content.
• Downloading or copying of account information for the benefit of any third party.
• Use of data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction tools.

Unauthorized use of any 98okr intellectual property terminates the licence granted above and may give rise to civil and/or criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98okr expressly disclaims all warranties of any kind — express or implied — including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

98okr shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any service provided thereon.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data or account by third parties.
• Gambling losses incurred through the use of information provided on this Platform.
• Technical interruptions, server downtime, data loss or system failures beyond our reasonable control.
• Actions or omissions of third-party operators, payment processors, or financial institutions referenced on this Platform.

98okr reserves the right to modify, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform. The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately.

Material changes — including those affecting user rights, fee structures or data processing practices — will be communicated through a prominent notice on the Platform homepage or via email to registered account holders where practicable.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holds its license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days of written notification, either party may escalate the matter to the competent courts or arbitration bodies in the applicable jurisdiction.
